Dibble Roofing Company provides Commrcial and Residential services to the Jacksonville area. Upon becoming aware of a roof problem, many property managers, landlords and owners will immediately begin calling roofers for evaluation of the problem and to request proposals, thus inviting bids on multiple solutions and roofing systems. Some roofers might advise for repair while others suggest a new roof. Making it even more complicated, roofers will make wildly different quotes based on wildly different roofing systems, some of which may not be appropriate. The result is that one is left comparing apples to oranges to bananas. When comparing estimates, different contractors will propose different solutions and different products – the cheapest is not always the best choice.
Yes we are! State Certified Roofing Contractors have successfully completed a two-day comprehensive examination administered by the Construction Licensing Board. In addition, they must demonstrate that they have specific experience and training in the roofing field and provide proof of both workers’ compensation and liability insurance. If they meet all of the requirements, they are issued a license which is a “CCC” followed by six numerals (Dibble Roofing Company – CCC-058169). Certified roofing contractors are allowed to contract anywhere in the state without having to meet any local competency requirements. Generally, the only requirement to obtain a permit to re-roof a home or building is proof of certification.
In addition to the manufacture warranty, we offer 5 year workmanship guarantee for all complete roof replacement and 1 year for roof repairs.

Be Careful, “exempt” means “no” employees. If a large number of sub contracted crew members show up on the job, it could be insurance fraud.
Not all contractors are the same. Beware of contractors that say they have workmans comp policy’s, but on inspection show an “exempt” classification. That normally means the contractor doesn’t have a crew of his own, but sub-contracts to uninsured crews, thus eliminating the insurance cost, which averages $1,000 per job. So buyer beware when these companies have a lower estimate price.
Yes…If a sub crew gets hurt on your house, your home owners insurance policy pays the bill.
